November & December: Julep & ipsy

Today I am sharing with you my Julep box from December and my selection from ipsy for November and December.

I am OBSESSED with Julep's box this month.
I didn't deviate from my profile's (Classic with a Twist) selection either.
I love, love, love, love, love it all!


1. Julep Instant Warming Foot Scrub with Natural Pumice AHHHHmazing. Seriously... best stuff ever.
2. Julep Barbara - full coverage magenta multi-dimensional glitter
3. Julep Scarlett - vibrant red micro-glitter metallic
As an added bonus... Julep threw in a Create-Your-Own Cabochon Ring. How awesome is that?
ipsy  December 2012

1. Be A Bombshell Lip Gloss in Hot Mess I actually got this in a previous bag in a different color, and this is color is simply not me. I haven't even tested it because I can't pull of the whole red lip thing. If any one of you fellow bloggers would care to have it, please do let me know and I'll mail it to you!
2. Mai Couture Highlighter Papier I haven't tried this product yet but I'm interested to see how it works.
3. NYX Loose Pearl Shadow This is another one I haven't tried yet. I'm not even sure if I know how to use loose eye shadow. I hope I don't end up looking like a clown, but I probably will.
4. Urban Decay 27/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil in Black How awesome is it that this came in my glam bag? It's the full-sized product. I had this exact eye pencil previously and used it up quickly. I was going to purchase another one about a month or two ago but didn't want to pay the $19 price tag. I ended up getting an NYX liner instead... but now I've received the UD one in my glam bag! This subscription is only $10 a month so this product alone makes up for the expense this month... for sure!
5. Mirabella Prime for Face and Eyes I haven't tried this yet... I'll get back to you on my thoughts later if I remember.

ipsy November 2012

1. The Balm Meet Matte Eyeshadow Palette Hmmm... it's okay. Nothing more and nothing less.
2. Chella Eyebrow Defining Gel I'm surprised how much I've actually used this. It smooths your eyebrows well, and keeps them from looking scraggly. 
3. Benefit They're Real Beyond Mascara I've used this quite a bit too, but I'm not very fond of it. I'm just too broke and lazy to go buy new mascara. The wand is a piece of crap. There. I said it.
4. Scarlet Intense Eyeliner It's okay. I doubt I'll spend money on it but it does the job well enough.
5. bareMinerals Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss I haven't worn this except for when I tested it out. I didn't like the color. I'm not the best to ask about lip color. I don't typically wear anything other than a fleshy color.
6. Nailtini Nail Lacquer in Millionaire  This polish is sparkly and fun. I actually like it quite a bit.
