A Hump Day Quickie in an Instadump

A hump day quickie in an Instadump... look at all of those innuendos. Get your head out the gutter.

My life is crazy busy this week. I have a friend coming into town on Friday to stay with me because a friend of ours is getting married on Sunday. I'm running around my condo like a crazy person trying to get it clean.

I also have a lot of what I call my life "side work" to catch up on. Basically, I (after seeing inspiration on Pinterest) decided to keep a little planner, or tickler file, or whatever you want to call it so I remember to do those little things that need doing... like scheduling dentist appointments, cleaning out my freezer, etc. I figured this would be useful for me considering I have the worst case of ADD in the history of science. But no... not so much. All it has done is create a running list of "side work" that I never completed on the day they were supposed to be completed. The list just keeps growing and growing and growing.

Sound crazy?
I absolutely 100% am.

BUT today... I completed:
Clean/organize under kitchen sink
Clean/organize pantry
Make Halloween wreath

Keep in mind, I typically only have one "side work" item listed on my planner for the day and sometimes only one every other day. Yet here is the list I have piled up from procrastinating or daydreaming or forgetfulness or just plain laziness:

Clean linen closet
Change air filter (I keep forgetting to look and see what size I need)
Clean dresser drawers
Purchase new bed sheets (anyone know any great websites with good deals?)
Clean/organize coat closet
Purchase vanity stool
Order business cards for Bloggy Boot Camp (this one I'd better hurry along!)
Create Fall/Winter clothes shopping list
Create list of gifts/crafts for Christmas shopping
Clean oven
Schedule pest control appointment

There just aren't enough hours in the day....

Speaking of Bloggy Boot Camp, I'm starting to freak. Did I really think this decision through? Am I going to look like a complete idiot at this thing? Am I going to find time to spend with Ashley? Do I have to go to all of the sessions? What on earth should I pack? And the whole business cards thing... ummm, I don't even know where to begin. I may be way in over my head. I hope I'm wrong.

Anyway...
because I'm so behind on everything and 'Blog' is just another item to add to my side work... here is an Instadump of my recent Instagram photos.

Are you following me? You should be.
