Fall Challenge: Halloween

I am linking up with Neely and Amber for the Fabulous Fall Blog Challenge! Today's topic is: What do you do for Halloween/A Halloween Memory:

I wouldn't say I have a yearly tradition or one thing I do every year. BUT I always make sure I am partaking in the festivities in some way! I am a BIG holiday lover... no matter what the holiday may be! I typically spend the holiday partying/dress up portion at the annual Broadway at the Beach party. It is always insanely packed and the costumes will not disappoint. They have a huge costume contest and give away $5000 in prizes. I would never bother entering it (even if I could come up with a creative and amazing costume--which I never would) because the winner is always some thin-implanted-fake tanned-half naked beach Barbie!  :)

Other than the Halloween parties, I always look forward to carving a pumpkin. & when I happen to live somewhere that has frequent Trick-or-Treater's, I love love love love love handing out candy. Unfortunately, I will be living in the condo by Halloween this year. & because it is so close to the beach (which isn't where many permanent residents live), I doubt I will have a single knock on my door. BOO HOO! Maybe I will visit a friend who does live in a residential area & hand out candy at her house!

Anyway... that's about it. Here are some past year's pictures:

last year I was an 80's rocker chick - I was trying to recreate the JEM vibe
pictured with: Jamie (Little Red Riding Hood) & Veronica (Little Bo Beep)

pictured with: my old roomies
Jeff (a disco dancer) & Landon (white trash)

Halloween 2009 - I was Little Red Riding IN THE HOOD
and yes, that is a fake baggie of weed in my basket!
pictured with: my girls :)

the pumpkin I carved last year

Jeff obviously has better skills than me
but he was kind enough to carve out a Tiger paw for my Clemson Tigers!

2008 - I was EMO (complete with runny mascara & slit wrists)
pictured with: Corissa & Tara (both pirates)

Karin was one of the briefcase gals from Deal or No Deal

this picture is very old... 2005/2006 possibly?
I was a kitty cat & pictured with: Officer Rainwater

HAHAHA... this picture is PRE-HISTORIC & Chapell is probably going to kill me for this one :) I think we were sophomores in college.
I was some type of tiger/other striped animal & she was a belly dancer!
